Why Scheduled Reviews Beat Emergency Calls
Most of the emergency removals we run in Spokane were visible problems a season earlier — a dead ponderosa top, a split codominant leader, roots undercut by a driveway project. Planned work is safer for the crew, easier to schedule, and almost always cheaper than clearing the same tree off a roof at 2 a.m. in February.
What We Look At During a Review
Lean and root-plate condition, deadwood and hanging limbs, decay and cavities, codominant unions, limbs over roofs and driveways, conifers crowding the structure, ladder fuels and pine duff against the foundation, and clearance around the power drop. Anything that needs a licensed utility is flagged, not touched.

What is a tree property protection plan?
It is an annual membership where we come out on a set schedule, walk your property, and document tree hazards and wildfire fuel before they become an emergency. You get a written priority summary and a service credit toward qualifying work performed by our crew during your membership year.
How much does a property protection plan cost in Spokane?
Essential is $349 per year, Priority is $749 per year, and Estate/Commercial starts at $1,499 per year depending on acreage, access, and tree count. Each plan includes a service credit — $100, $250, and $500 respectively — toward qualifying work we perform for you that year.
Does a plan guarantee my trees won't fall?
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. Trees fail in ways no inspection can predict. What a plan does is get eyes on your property on a schedule so visible defects — deadwood, lean, root damage, decay, hazardous limbs over the house — get caught and prioritized instead of discovered during a windstorm.
Is the included review a formal tree risk assessment?
No. Included reviews are visual site assessments of observed conditions with photos and a prioritized list. A formal, written tree-risk assessment can be contracted separately if you need documentation for an insurer, an HOA board, or a legal matter.
What does priority storm scheduling actually mean?
When a windstorm floods our phones, members get placed ahead of the general queue. It does not mean a guaranteed arrival time. Safe access, weather, and crew availability always come first — for our crew's safety and yours.
Can I apply my service credit to an emergency removal?
Yes, as long as the work is performed by us during your membership year and it is qualifying work. Credits are not redeemable for cash and do not roll over.
Reviews and inspections included with a plan are visual site assessments based on observed conditions, not a formal tree-risk assessment. A formal assessment can be contracted separately.
