Tell us your name and number. We'll call back fast with an honest, no-pressure price — usually within 1 business day.
Builders do not call us because we are cheap. They call us because a missed clearing date pushes excavation, which pushes foundation, which pushes framing. We bid from plans or a site walk, give you a firm date and a firm number, carry the insurance your GC and lender require, and handle the trees nobody else on the job wants to touch — the ones over the neighboring house, over the new roofline, or on the property line.
- Bids from site plans or a walk-through with your PM or superintendent
- Selective clearing that preserves the mature trees your buyer is paying for
- Technical removals inside tight build envelopes and near existing structures
- Schedule-sensitive mobilization coordinated with excavation, septic, and utilities
- Difficult access: infill lots, alley-only entry, steep grades, wetland setbacks
- Stump grinding below grade or full extraction for pads and driveways
- Recurring account support for property managers, HOAs, and commercial portfolios
- general liability insurance, W-9, and certificates of insurance issued on request
Selective Clearing That Protects Finished Value
Clear-cutting a treed lot is the fast answer and usually the wrong one. Mature ponderosa and Douglas fir outside the building envelope are worth real money at resale and cannot be replaced for decades. We walk the lot with your plan, flag keep-versus-remove, drop what is in the footprint, and protect the root zones of the trees that stay so they are still alive two summers after you close.
Technical Removals Other Subs Decline
Property-line trees over a neighbor's garage, a leaner behind an existing house on an infill lot, a tall pine directly over new trusses — these are the calls that stall jobs. We dismantle with climbers and rigging where a crane cannot set up, and bring a crane where climbing is the slower option. Either way the wood comes down under control and the neighbor does not end up on the phone with your office.
Schedules, Access, and Site Discipline
We plan access before mobilizing: where the chip truck stages, how we protect the road approach and any existing hardscape, and where slash goes. Crews clean the work area before leaving so your next trade is not clearing brush. If weather or a permit moves your date, tell us — we would rather re-sequence than sit on a site that is not ready.
Recurring Accounts for Property Managers
For managed residential and commercial portfolios we do scheduled hazard walks, prioritized storm response, deadwood and clearance pruning over parking and walkways, and documented removals with photos for owners and boards. One contact, one invoice format, one crew that already knows the properties.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you bid from plans or do you need a site visit?
Either. Send the site plan and a few photos and we can give you a solid number for most lots. For dense parcels, steep ground, or anything with structures inside the drop zone we want a short walk-through first so the number holds.
Can you work as a subcontractor under our GC agreement?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance, provide certificates of insurance naming the additional insureds you require, and supply a W-9 and license information for your compliance file.
How fast can you mobilize for a clearing date?
Typically within one to two weeks for planned work, and faster if a date slips and you need us to fill a gap. Storm and hazard situations on an active site get same-day or next-day attention.
Do you handle stumps and debris disposal?
Yes. Stumps get ground below grade, or fully extracted where a foundation, driveway, or utility trench is going in. Brush is chipped, wood is hauled or left on site if you want it, and the work area is raked before we demobilize.
Can you do selective clearing for wildfire setbacks on rural parcels?
Yes — fuel reduction, ladder-fuel removal, and crown spacing on acreage in Deer Park, Cheney, the West Plains, and North Idaho. See our defensible space page for how that work is scoped.
